What Kind of a Warranty Does the PHP-2030 Massage Chair Have?

The PHP-2030 comes with a 5 year parts and labor warranty, among the best in the industry. Such a long warranty is probably not necessary though, because the PHP-2030 has one of the lowest defect rates of any massage chair on the market, less than 1/2 of a percent. That means that fewer than 1 in every two hundred chairs will ever have a problem. Can I Use My Massage Recliner as a Regular Recliner?

The most important thing to remember about a massage chair is that a massage chair is a tool designed to do a specific job. What Does White Glove Delivery Include?

Our White Glove Delivery service is a full service delivery option. If you choose this option, the representatives delivering the chair will carry the packages inside for you, unpack the boxes and perform the set up. Assembly of the chair is a very simple process that requires no tools, and takes about five minutes. Because the assembly is so minor, we do not recommend that our clients choose White Glove delivery to avoid the assembly process; it's simply not worth the financial cost.

White Glove Delivery is a great option for those customers who would not be able to move a box of approximately 150 lbs. Usually, two adults will have no problem with this package, but for elderly customers, or customers who live alone, White Glove Delivery can be a wise option.

Does the number of motors make a difference?
Yes. The more motors a chair has, the less stress will be placed on each motor. This helps to extend the life of the machine, by spreading the workload out over several different motors.

Is the number of rollers important?
It is important, but sometimes hard to get a handle on. Some companies count each individual wheel as a roller, while other companies, the more honest ones, count each individual moving part as a roller. If you have one roller arm with eight tiny wheels, that should be considered one roller, not eight. If a roller count sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
