I love the fact that the PHP-2026 rollers go far up on the neck. I also love the heat and the leg/foot massager. The rollers seam to cover more area (neck all the way to lower seat). I like the full recline. Also, the website and customer service was very good. The price was also competitive. I read the newspaper article on the website and really liked what I heard. Our sales person was knowledgeable and I appreciated her honesty in comparison with other chairs. She was very helpful and responsive. The shipping was fast - and not exuberant.
