HUMAN TOUCH NATIONWIDE
CONSUMER WARRANTY DETAILS
This warranty applies to Human Touch products sold as authorized resale units. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, is not transferable, and covers products purchased and located in the United States.
This warranty is separate from and supersedes the new product standard Human Touch Consumer Warranty for the covered product. The terms set forth herein govern all warranty rights and obligations with respect to Resale and Floor Model products.
Warranty Coverage
Your Human Touch Resale or Factory Renewed product is covered under the tiered warranty structure in the table above. Coverage periods run from the original date of purchase by the end consumer.
In-Home Service coverage provides labor through Human Touch’s nationwide network of authorized service technicians for repairs that require a skilled technician, subject to regional service availability. Parts coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship of components including electronics, upholstery, cushions, plastics, bearings, and mechanical parts. Structural coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship of the welded metal frame structure.
Important: Additional or optional extended warranty coverage is not available for Resale products. The warranty terms set forth herein represent the full scope of warranty coverage available for your product.
Service Requests
Customers can request service by contacting Human Touch customer support department. Refer to Owner’s Manual for detailed procedures. Warranty service may begin with remote troubleshooting to diagnose the issue. In-home service, when available, depends on the product model and the applicable warranty coverage period. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, and Human Touch will have no obligation to repair or replace, damage or failure resulting from any of the following:
• Normal wear and tear, including fading, surface scuffs, or cosmetic deterioration present at time of purchase or occurring over time through normal use
• Cuts, tears, punctures, or staining of upholstery
• Damage caused by improper use, assembly, or failure to follow the product Owner’s Manual
• Damage caused by user abuse, defined as use beyond intended consumer use or exceeding structural design limits
• Exceeding the recommended weight limit for the product
• Use of the product in an outdoor environment
• Damage to the foot/calf massager resulting from use while wearing shoes, or from a user standing on the foot/calf unit when entering or exiting the chair
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
• Damage attributable to exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, moisture, or pest infestation
• Theft, vandalism, fire, flood, or other natural disasters
• Use of third-party or unauthorized replacement parts
• Damage resulting from continued use of a chair after a warranty claim has been submitted and the chair should have been taken out of service
Human Touch reserves the right to deny warranty claims where the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, or failure to follow prescribed maintenance procedures. Regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance as outlined in the product Owner’s Manual are required to maintain warranty coverage.
Replacement Parts
Only genuine Human Touch replacement parts may be used for repairs covered under this warranty. Use of third-party or unauthorized parts voids this warranty. Human Touch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fulfill warranty replacement obligations using refurbished parts or components that have been inspected, tested, and restored to like-new condition. The use of refurbished parts does not diminish or alter any remaining warranty coverage.
Limits of Liability
Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Human Touch shall not be liable for damages caused by delay in rendering services under
this warranty.

Entire Warranty
This document constitutes the entire warranty between Human Touch and the purchaser of a Resale or Floor Model product and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or
